Storewell

Storewell is a brand management tool that offers total control and ownership over all of your valuable assets. Data warehousing is made easy, with the ability to store and quickly locate and retrieve any file within the system. Store and manage any digital asset, whether it be images, logos, print jobs, presentations, TV/video and audio files. Storewell includes image libraries, electronic guardbooks, competitive analysis, brand guidelines – all ideas sharing components that are highly adaptable through intelligence modules. Planwell

Planwell is the campaign management module. It is a workflow solution that tracks every stage of production and offers total document storage and management. Share and distribute process and tasks amongst suppliers, track time frames and deadlines, and maintain a document audit over the entire campaign process. Included in this module is our state-of-the-art online approval system, where any document can be uploaded, viewed, approved or rejected online. This offers a simple to use end-to-end solution for the management of any project or campaign.

Printwell

Printwell is the print management component of the application, allowing for communication between client and suppliers. A communication that is completely managed and tracked. Estimates, quotes, purchase orders and client confirmations are all managed for each production cycle. Included is the ability to invite competing suppliers into the environment to ensure competitive prices and productions are always maintained. This module allows for all documentation, workflow information and production files to be stored in one place with availability for access or re-purposing around the clock.

Buildwell

Buildwell is an online page building application, allowing for all content of a catalogue to be collected and managed ready for the studio to finesse and output. The system is capable of managing all pages, versions and copy requirements. Unique capabilities offer marketing departments the ability to allocate the amount of lines to each retail buying department, allowing the individual departments (or marketing managers/buyers) to provide accurate content. The system can use templates or a client can create a catalogue from scratch. With built-in approval and smart media, the system is capable of building the most complex pages and managing the entire catalogue workflow from start to finish.
