Management is handled by an executive senior management team lead by Executive Chairman Wayne Sidwell. This team answers directly to the board. Part of its role is to assess and monitor trends and shifts within the industry and be proactive to meet challenges and realise new business opportunities, including business acquisitions and takeovers.
