Technology is important. So are people. And this is greatly reflected in the makeup of the Wellcom board. It consists of Wayne Sidwell Executive Chairman, Charles Anzurat, Non Executive Board Member and Kerry Smith, Non Executive Board Member. Between them they represent the three key areas of industry knowledge, corporate law and corporate finance. Between them they offer the strategic, technological and fiscal style of management required by a strong board managing a global company.

From the board down, Wellcom has the right people overseeing and managing strategies, fiscal policies, acquisitions and technology. The sum total means long-term client relationships. All Wellcom personnel have the cognitive fortitude required to maintain client relationships year on year, understand clients’ businesses and offer proactive solutions to further streamline our client’s marketing operations.
